Common questions

Do I need a power point?

Not on site. Charge it at home with the mains charger, or in your vehicle with the 12V car adapter. Then it runs cordless.

How hot does it get?

It is self-heating and reaches up to 70°C.

Is it safe to heat leftovers in it?

Keep packed meals in the fridge until you leave, and only eat them once they are steaming hot all the way through. Rice and meat dishes need extra care, so give them plenty of time to heat.

How do I clean it?

Lift out the stainless steel container and wash it like any dish. Wipe the outer case with a damp cloth and keep the heated base and charging port out of water.

What if it does not suit me?

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every order. See our refund policy in the footer.
